Does my team need to be technical?
No, and this is something we learned delivering it: most people never need Claude Code. We run two lanes. Most of your team works in the Claude desktop app with Cowork, which is enough to run their role's AI workflows, automate recurring routines, and on the full day build their own AI employee — no terminal, no code. The builders who want to go deeper get Claude Code on their machines. Everyone gets a worksheet matched to their lane, and part of what we teach is using Claude as your own IT help desk when you're stuck.
What if we're on Windows? Or Microsoft 365 instead of Google?
That's exactly why we survey your tech stack first. The worksheets and the team playbook are built around what you actually run: Windows or Mac, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Slack or Teams, and the tools of your trade on top.
Why on-site instead of sending people to a public workshop?
Because the value compounds when the whole team learns together, on the same stack, with the same rules. One person's win becomes a shared skill everybody inherits. And your team plan, file storage, security and best practice get set up once, properly, for the whole company.
What's the difference between the half day and the full day?
The half day gets your team set up on Claude Team, trained on best use for each role, and augmenting AI into the work they already do, with a worksheet and 90-day plan each to carry on solo. The full day is the build: enough hands-on time for every person to actually build their own AI employee in the room — in the desktop app for most, Claude Code for the builders — plus implementation, with connectors switched on and recurring routines running before we leave. If walking out with working AI employees is the goal, book the full day.
Why a minimum of five people?
Because this workshop runs on a Claude Team subscription, and Claude's Team plan starts at five seats. That's deliberate, not a quirk: Teams on Claude work differently to individual accounts, with shared projects, shared skills, admin controls and central billing. That shared layer is what turns one person's win into everybody's win, and it's the difference between five people dabbling and a company augmenting AI into its infrastructure.
Will our data be safe?
AI only acts with the permissions each person already has, and we set connectors to read-only for reporting: AI reports and advises, it never creates, edits or spends. Data sovereignty, access and security have their own section in your company playbook, in plain language.
When can we run it, and what are the hours?
Weekdays only. Half days run 9am to 12pm. Full days run 9am to 4pm: a 9am to 12pm morning session, an hour for lunch, then 1pm to 4pm for the afternoon session. We need at least two weeks' notice on your chosen date, because that's when your team completes the survey and we build your worksheets. EOFY bookings can be delivered any weekday up to 30 September.
What do we need to provide on the day?
A room with a screen or TV we can plug into, decent wifi, and each person's own machine (Windows or Mac, laptops or desktops). You'll also need a Claude Team subscription, which is yours and billed by Anthropic directly; we help you set it up as part of the day, and Claude's Team plan starts at five seats.
How does the EOFY deal actually work?
Book and pay by 30 June 2026 and you lock in the sale price with an invoice in this financial year. Payment is upfront by card, processed securely by Stripe. Then we schedule your survey and deliver the workshop on a date that suits you, any time before 30 September. If you already have a date in mind, tell us at registration; if not, we'll coordinate one together.
What happens after the workshop?
Each person runs their 90-day plan with their worksheet and Claude. The materials are deliberately built to work without us. If your team wants to go further, the On-Site Bespoke AI Integration Intensive is the follow-up: gluing your full tech stack together to cut data entry.
