The workshop
We survey, we listen, we adapt. We fit our expertise and our teaching to your company and your team's needs, and we train you to use AI so you go from adoption to proficiency in the least time possible. Everyone builds their first agent and leaves with a 90-day plan. A one-to-one session for an owner-operator, or the company workshop at your office, by department.
The Diagnosis
One hour with your people, on their own machines, watching how the work actually gets done. Where the same brief is written five ways, where a hand-off is retyped, where one person's head holds the process. We read the work, not the worker. The hour ends with the Diagnosis, a plan for what is worth building and what is not, and it is yours whether or not you go further. It usually turns up something the owner did not know. For one Queensland supplier it was freight, quietly costing them about $300k a year for every point of quote conversion it moves.
The Architect month
One paid month. The system drawn and proven on your real work, with one working proof by day thirty. Then you decide. Build with us, build with anyone, or stop. The drawings are yours either way.

One problem at a time, at the pace your team can hold. Built, adopted by the people who do the job, and measured every month against the number we took before we started. Nothing sends without a person approving it. Every system has a named owner on your side and a switch to turn it off.
